Error after activating icp-odometry

Dear Mattieu,

I have activated the icp-odometry, but when i launch the rtabmap, i receive the following error:

I dont have camera and the rq--graph is like this:

If you were using husky demo as reference, this has been fixed https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap_ros/commit/df60bc78d5d77b305357f223654c3bbb734b56f3
