I would like to create a map with a drone , with an extra information discriminating different types of objects.
So I wonder if would be possible to create a semantic map with Rtabmap , maybe in combination with some other deep learning software .

It depends of which sensors are used. It could be possible to feed an RGB image to rtabmap with the segmented image, with color representing a category. The resulting 3D point cloud would have the same color.
