kinect for windows2

Hey all, can anyone help me with the steps to get the kinect for windows v2 working in rtabmap?

At this time, I only tested with ubuntu 14.04 / ROS Indigo. See the post rtabmap for kinect v2 on ROS Indigo.

On Windows 8, it seems to be possible as in the post Using Kinect for Windows v2. I should get a Windows 8 machine with USB 3.0 soon, I could look how to do it with the Kinect for Windows SDK 2.0.
