robot_localization pakage

regardin robot_localization package, I want to know that which pakage is apt to my system (ubuntu 16.04, kinetic)
I found this : https://github.com/cra-ros-pkg/robot_localization, but this one is for noetic.
and what is the procedure for installing the pkg?
