It'd definitely be nice if the confidence data could be saved as well. Having stumbled into this myself, it's somewhat unfortunate that the iOS app's depth confidence setting is bundled together with the "Rendering" settings. The other parameters in that group (density, max depth, min depth) are all configurable in when reprocessing a scan, and the description below the settings group about re-opening the map to change the rendered cloud depth can reinforce the impression that the whole group is configurable in post.
