Hi,
In your previous post, it seems you had another node publishing odom, like icp_doometry. Don't start icp_odometry. What is your rtab.launch file?
The frame_id should be base_footprint (the base frame of your robot).
For your last post, the problem is coming that two nodes were publishing odom.
