I tried tango ros streamer exemple with my last .ini from my train station test, work very well in rtab
 
if I understand well
$ rosrun tf static_transform_publisher 0 0 0 0 0 0 device lidar 100

because :
frame_id:="device" \
and
scan_cloud_topic:=/Lidar/points

can't try right now but have no doubt that will work. As always :)
