OK this is definitely intermittent, not able to get to the root of why at the moment. As mentioned there is a chrony sever running on the remote PC and the jetson takes its time from that, though I am wondering if something is going on and the two lose connection. Is there some way to monitor this?

Rtabmap will map for a few moments, and then stop, then suddenly start again. It seems this stopping and starting is what introduces the mismatching.

I am at a loss how to troubleshoot this as is way outside my coding experience level, could you suggest possible log files etc to check? roswtf gives nothing obvious.
