Dear Sir
If you can please explain more in Bayesian Filter in transition model, from where we get 0.9 ?
and in the code for the parameters PredictionLC from where we get the values  "0.1 0.36 0.30 0.16 0.
and how you chose to have 16 neighbourhood?
