Hi,

For rendering options, open Preferences->3D Rendering. Not sure what you mean by blue dots, the trajectory? If so in 3D Rendering panel we can hide the graph by unchecking "Show graphs".

The point clouds were visualized in CloudCompare, but they were exported with the "rtabmap-export" commands in my previous post.
