The error is still referring to " /opt/ros/noetic/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/..." prefix?

This:

sudo apt remove ros-$ROS_DISTRO-rtabmap*

should remove all rtabmap references under "/opt/ros/noetic/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu"
