With a QT128, you may also consider LiDAR odometry approaches (
ICP odometry, LOAM-derived approaches,...).
What do you mean by 2 cm accuracy? on how much distance? absolute average error against ground truth trajectory (ATE from RGB-D dataset)? Maximum drift (2cm on 1m -> 2% drift)?
