FLOAM is a ros1 package. You may remove any ros1 in it and build it as a library, then make rtabmap library linking on it. That may need significant work.

For nav2 with rtabmap, there are demos here: https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap_ros/tree/ros2/rtabmap_demos/launch

AMCL and rtabmap are not compatible, it is either one or the other.
