The warnings mean that rtabmap_viz could not read the parameters from rtabmap node. The rtabmap node may not be started yet or is in different namespace than rtabmap_viz has been started in. If rtabmap node is started later, rtabmap_viz can get the parameters when opening the Preferences dialog.
Note that rtabmap_viz is just for visualization (like rviz).
