what is the impact of GPS on the rtabmap_localization??

what is the impact of GPS that has been defined as an input for rtabmap?!
if we use an RTK-GPS, can we say that rtabmap localization has also cm accuracy?!?
does this GPS impact the localization achieved by rtabmap?
